“Locanda Fraccaroli” is located in Friuli Venezia Giulia, nearby  the Adriatic coast and the tourist areas of Lignano Sabbiadoro and Bibione. We offer comfortable rooms for vacations, equipped with every comfort and surrounded by a lush vegetation and a very green and healthy environment.

Friuli Venezia Giulia offers a lot to do and see, with a mixture of history, nature, art, crafts tradition, local cooking and festivals. 
From “Locanda Fraccaroli” you can easily reach interesting tourist attractions as the unusual  star-shaped city of Palmanova and Aquileia, an extremely important archaeological area part of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, where you can also visit the National Archeological Museum. You might also want to go for a boat trip in the beautiful “Laguna di Marano”, and capture with your camera the amazing landscapes that it offers or take an excursion and discover the typical flora and fauna in its two nature reserves. With a 30 minutes driving you can reach Trieste, where you can see the loveliest and biggest sea-front city square in the world and sit for a coffee in one of its beautiful old cafès, or visit its unique natural attractions like the biggest cave in the world or the sea castles and reserves.

Ten out of our eleven double bedrooms take their name from the wines we produce in our wineries in Paradiso (Udine) and Lavagno (Verona), and one room is called as another typical product that we produce, that is Vialone Nano rice.
The five rooms Tocai, Dom Domi, Cabernet, Chardonnay and Pinot are located in the oldest building, dated back to the early 800’s. All the rooms are furnished according to the architectonic taste of that period and are situated at the 2nd and 3rd floor, from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the vineyards, the country and the villa of the 17th century, whereof the farm holidays is part. 
The other six rooms, located in the adjacent building, are Amarone, Refosco, Rosso Tiziano, Valpolicella, Recioto and Vialone Nano. All the rooms, located on the 1st floor, air-conditioned and reachable by elevator, have a spacious common living room with large bright glass walls overlooking the country, sofas and a wide LCD TV.

All the rooms are equipped with a personal safe and, on request, a small bed for children under 5 years.
