“Domenico Fraccaroli” Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in a hilly area of Verona called Monti Lessini.
The location, the altitude, the calcareous soil and the mild weather are apt to the cultivation of olive-trees throughout the year.
Thanks to its excellent aromatic characteristics and the low content of oleic acid, this oil is part of the production area denominated “Veneto Valpolicella DOP” (Protected Designation of Origin).
“Domenico Fraccaroli” Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from cold pressing, that is the olives are pressed at low temperature, in order to maintain all their original flavours and nutritional benefits.
